Hot Rod Power Tour 2016 | A Journey With Adam's Polishes Adam's Polishes had the pleasure of participating in the Hot Rod Power Tour this year. Hot Rod Power Tour is a wonderful event with a great sense of community. There is no way of knowing that until you have experienced it for yourself. Adam's Polishes worked with Weaver Customs to have a 1963 Chevy Suburban transformed into a custom hot rod. With no time to have a custom paint job completed, custom interior, and all the bells and whistles put onto the suburban, Randy with Weave Customs focused on the innards. Randy installed an LS3 motor with custom exhaust, added the amazing suspension from Ride Tech, brakes by Wildwood Brakes and made sure the drivability was on point. After getting all of that finalized, Randy installed the awesome wheels by Detroit Steel Wheel Co. and the digital gauges by Dakota Digital, the AC by Vintage Air. Everything came together perfect! Since the cosmetics of the vehicle were less than stellar Adam Pitale, owner and chief detailer at Adam's Polishes, properly named the Suburban, "AGNS," an acronym for: All Go No Show. A very fitting name for the Suburban as it has some giddy up. As the car finished just in time Pilot Transport was there to pick it up and deliver it to Gonzales LA for the beginning of Hot Rod Power Tour. It was a lot of work by Weaver Customs and the team at Adam's Polishes is very grateful for the time and effort put in by Randy, Sydney and their team. Adam's Polishes Rupes Visit | iBrid Nano Demo Day The guys at Rupes stopped by to showcase the new Rupes iBrid Nano. The Nano is a very cool and unique machine. With its many different attachments it is very versatile in the detailing process. Not only does it get in and correct painted areas that are impossible to reach with normal 6-7 inch or 4 inch machine polishers, it also doubles as an interior scrubbing mechanism as well. With the battery pack suppling the power the machine can go anywhere and fit into place that a chorded machine may not be able to reach. While filming an Adam's Polishes Instructional Video Series there are many times that things don't go as planned.
