The past couple weeks I have been training with Aleksandra Shevchenko and she is such a delight. We have been pushing each other and decided to make a video last night of us just training jumps. This is my first training ivlog.

So this past week I ve been drilling a couple jumps and skills because I really want to perfect them. Also I ve been training more combinations and have been trying to be more creative.

This took me 9 months to make! I could ve made a baby in that time, but instead I made this jump haha. I had dealt with a broken ankle in the time frame that I was working this. Also I deleted a lot of the clips of me trying because they were frustrating to watch. But here is some of the progress.

A randomly fun day of training. I went to the gym with no expectations for myself and ended up training for five hours straight and had a blast!

I went to Seattle for Christmas and had an amazing time with family and friends. I hit up Parkour Visions and it rained most of the time.

This is my life in a nutshell. I bail a lot. But I never give up. I am easily unhappy with my training, but I felt that sharing these imperfections could inspire others to keep trying as well. Also I feel that my behavior is borderline psychotic. What do you think?
