It s about time I cook my favorite rib! St. Louis Spare Ribs. To me they are much tastier than baby back ribs. Not to mention they also cost less than baby back ribs. I am just trying another experiment with butter as I am cooking 2 of these spare ribs sous vide. I decided to add butter to one and see if there was any difference on them. Results were the same as with steaks! With these beautiful spare ribs I smoked them in my smoker for 3 hrs then cooked them sous vide. It was also time for me to cook another side dish and I decided to make corn on the cub! I was extremely surprised how much corn floats when you make them sous vide. So it was kind of funny when they felt off the container, I was not expecting that! Guy I hope you enjoy the video, as always I tried to make it very entertaining for you! it s time to test something different! I cooked sous vide what we called Bife Role in Brazil. Not a very popular dish in Brazil but lots of people love it including myself. But the reaction I got from Ninja and Maumau is very, very entertaining to watch! Maumau is Brazilian also but not a fan of bife role. This dish is normally made for very though cuts of meat so I choose the toughest I could find which was bottom round thin steaks. This video was meant to be entertaining so I hope you enjoy this crazy experiment. I finally found Tri-Tip in my supermarket and had to go for it. Specially after a viewer keep telling me in several comments picanha is nothing else but Tri-Tip. So I decided to put it to the test! I want to find out if sausage sous vide are any different than sausages from the BBQ. It s about time I prepare a Cuban dish. Even though this is my take on it, the flavor of this lechon (pork shoulder) is AMAZING!
