15 MIN MOBILITY ROUTINE | DAILY | Full Body | No Equipment | Follow Along
Hey #teameverydaywarrior, today I am back with a great total body MOBILITY ROUTINE which you can do daily - whenever you like. It’s great to start your day with some mobility, get the body moved slowly - we are not forcing our body with static stretches here. It’s a daily mobility flow inspiration for EVERYBODY at any place. Also a great routine to do on your rest days as recovery. One of my oldest friends Jessica is joining us and explaining what we are doing. ❤️ She’s a sports scientist, alternativ practitioner to be relaxation coach & fascia trainer. ☺️ We have done gymnastics 🤸🏼 together over years (years ago).
