HAUNTED ABANDONED HOTEL IN MEXICO CITY (POSADA DEL SOL)

There a quite a few haunted places I had my eye on to check out, so I called up my friends Exploring with Josh and Exploring with Cody. Urban exploration is pretty new for me, I started sneaking into creepy places just about a year ago, and now I m hooked. Posada del Sol is over 100 years old. It s original owner and founder was an architect, and the detail he put into creating this hotel was incredible. He wanted to make the most beautiful hotel in the country, and he did... you have to see this place to believe it. The hotel in CDMX was only open for 8 months, before closing. Rumours of a girl dying in the basement, family members killing them selves, and political issues with the Freemasons forced it s closure. After it became abandoned, Negro Durazo an infamously corrupt police chief tortured people in the basement. Now, this abandoned building is a treasure trove for urban exploration, and paranormal activity . It looks like a set from a movie. Ivy twisting up the cracked walls, crumbling statues of saints, murals chipping away on the walls. This was a special adventure, a creepy one, I hope you like a bit of horror, because that s exactly what this adventure was. I shot most of it on my new Gimbal the Zhiyun-Tech Crane.
