Catastrophic VW Engine Failure and Teardown 2.0t TSI

This 2.0t TSI Volkswagen GTI engine had catastrophic piston failure on cylinder 1. This was likely caused by LSPI. Ive seen a few VW GTI engines fail with the piston breaking apart. This is may be due to EXTREME KNOCK.
