Today s class will introduce you to the Signature flow series which is a key part of the 30-day challenge. The signature flow classes will largely be inspired by a classical yoga class structure, including a warm-up, a standing series, seated series, inversions and savasana. Key blueprint yoga poses will be included in the practice to support you to build a flowing, classical yoga practice, with new variations and challenges introduced each week.
