We are focusing on the pull muscles in your back and biceps and I want you to really pull with strength! We will perform a strength move for 3 rounds of 30 seconds each! I used my 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for something as heavy as a row and something as light as a back fly for yourself. GO CRUSH IT!
