We will repeat each exercise 3 times before moving on to the next exercise. I do include my jump ropes in this workout so if you have a jump rope or cordless ropes, grab them. If you don t you can do the same motion with me! I also bring my bench into this workout so grab yours if you have one. If you do not, I ll show you how to make it work without one! I also challenge you with two quick rounds of a new move for your inner thighs close to the end of the workout. Your modification will be provided as well!
