I m bringing another high intensity cardio workout today, just to switch things up! It s another short but intense one! Let`s get our jump on and increase our cardio exercise capacity for the next 16 minutes! This is a high intensity cardio workout that will get your heart rate up and make you sweat buckets! Perfect for days when you feel extra energetic, or want to add a cardio blast to your routine. I m using 2x6KG kettlebells in this workout. Feel free to replace them with dumbbells. Also, make sure you adjust your weights to your fitness level!
