Vegan "Turkey" Pasta Salad! (Quick, Easy, Festive Recipe!)

We absolutely love a pasta salad, so we thought we'd put a festive spin on it and created this delicious, easy "turkey" pasta salad! We use one of our all time favourite ingredients to make the "turkey" - jackfruit. It's super easy to find these days in big supermarkets, asian supermarkets and online. Make sure you give it a go, it's really tasty. This recipe is perfect for the festive period, we love to make a big bowl of it to serve alongside leftovers on boxing day. If you make jackfruit-turkey for Christmas day and have leftovers, you could use that too!
