This workout is going to challenge us with compound exercises in which we will use upper body and lower body muscles to keep our heart rates up and our core muscles challenged. We will have 4 circuits with 3 exercises each and we will work for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds completing 3 rounds through each circuit. The final circuit will consist of two final ENERGY Rounds where we will only rest for 5 seconds to switch dumbbells. I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells up to my 25 pound dumbbells for this workout. I also used my bench as I am almost 25 weeks pregnant and I will be performing some modifications for exercises by positioning myself on an incline with the bench. The exercises: 1. 2 squats 2 presses 2. 2 jacks, jab punch, cross punch 3. 2 shoulder taps, 2 switch jumps 4. lateral lunge and high row 5. Hydrant and Row 6. Mountain Climbers 7. Tricep Overhead extension with calf raise 8. Back Fly and Single Leg Lift 9. Steering Wheel Squat Hops 10. Lunge and side raise 11. Alternating Rows and Squat Jump 12.
