A&Z #957 - Randy Santel "Atlas" vs Trasca s 6lb Gourmet Panini Sandwich Wrap "Panino" Challenge hosted by Trasca & Co Eatery in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Katina and I decided to kick off our 2021 food challenge touring in Florida, and our February Florida Tour turned into a February & March Florida Tour!! I attempted lots of food challenges all over the state of Florida. For food challenge #40, I traveled to Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida so I could help kick off and take on the 6lb Gourmet Panini Sandwich Wrap "Panino" Challenge hosted by Trasca & Co Eatery which is known for serving gourmet "paninos" which are eaten like rolled up panini sandwiches. I had a 1 hour time limit to finish six different panini sandwich wrap paninos plus a big slice of "Mud Pie" Oreo Ice Cream Cake. I was trying to win my $70 panino meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and the 1st spot on Trasca s Wall of Fame. They are a locally-owned, community-driven business. - What is a panino? Unlike anything you’ve ever tried, this craveable creation is eaten like a rolled-up sandwich. The Panino starts with a secret family dough recipe – made fresh daily. After rolling the dough thinly, they add the best quality meats & cheeses, fresh vegetables, and housemade sauces. - For this Panino Challenge, I ordered six different 1lb "panino" gourmet panini sandwich wraps: - Buffalo Bleu - Chicken, Swiss, Bleu Cheese Crumbles, House Ranch Dressing and Buffalo Sauce. - Chicken Bacon Ranch - Chicken, Bacon, Mozzarella, and Housemade Ranch Dressing. - Spaghetti Pie - Meatballs, Mozzarella, and Spaghetti. Topped with Housemade Marinara. - Spicy Sawgrass Shrimp - Italian Sausage, Blackened Shrimp, Swiss, Fresh Tomato, Romaine Lettuce, and Housemade Spicy Ranch. - The Guac - Seasoned Black Beans, Cheddar, Pico de Gallo, Avocado, Lettuce, and Spicy Ranch. - Turkey Avocado - Turkey, Swiss, Bacon, Avocado, Tomato, and Housemade Ranch Dressing. - There is a 1 hour time limit and that all also comes with a slice of "Mud Pie" Oreo Ice Cream cake. - The three Stubborn Sodas I consumed were optional: https://www.stubbornsoda.com - Winners receive the $70 gourmet panino meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and Wall of Fame.
