Asian Fusion Sushi Challenge w/ Teriyaki Salmon & Mongolian BBQ Ribs!!
Dinner is served everybody, and this episode #28 features classic and specialty Asian Fusion sushi rolls from Ocean Zen Pacific Rim Restaurant in south Springfield, Missouri!! Ocean Zen is known as one of the best places to go to for upscale sushi and other Asian fusion dishes around Springfield and Southwest Missouri. For my dinner, I got to enjoy a giant boat filled with Asian fusion appetizers like crab wontons, pot stickers, and shrimp rolls, plus some teriyaki salmon served over white rice and Mongolian BBQ ribs. I also got to eat many of their classic and specialty sushi rolls, served on a wooden bridge.
