Today we re at Jem s Pit Stop, which maybe familiar to long-time subscribers, since I did their breakfast challenge a few years back... Today I m having a crack at their Mega Xmas Challenge which is a limited time only twist on their Fat Burger challenge. It consists of one 32oz burger topped with turkey, brisket, stuffing, cranberry sauce and pigs in blankets, accompanied by one trifle sundae and a festive shake topped with a pop-tart (although you can swap for one of their other flavours). If you can finish it inside 30 minutes, the meal is FREE, you get a spot on their wall of fame and a shirt...but since I opened my trap...Mrs Beard had something a bit more taxing in mind...
