In this video we talk about the Top 5 demonetized travel videos I ve posted so far, no doubt there is more to come. It s quite common for my vlogs to get flagged. When watching videos on my channel, you know you are signing up for a special kind of travel vlog. I m a travel vlogger that is not for everybody, some travel videos are only for those who wish to see the strange, unique, and undiscovered places on our planet. From Hanging Coffins, to soup number 5, the vegetarian festival and La Tomatina, some of the festivals, events and destinations are rightfully demonetized, and others maybe not. At this point I m just happy I m not banned. Here s a break down of some of the content that has been demonetized on my channel. La Tomatina is the biggest food fight in the world. 50,000 people all show up to the sleepy little town of Buñol, Spain once a year in August to throw Tomatoes at each other for an hour. The travel video I made was demonetized about a year later. While it might look like I’m in the middle of a massacre, it seems like everyone but YouTube can realize that it’s only thousands of mashed tomatoes. Even after appealing the flag over and over, they have not let me monetize it again, and it’s deemed “inappropriate” https://youtu.be/DtA8zS3nlrc The Vegetarian Festival sounds like a harmless celebration. It s not. Happening in many locations in South East Asia, with many different names. This festival is about pain tolerance and possession. Practitioners pierce their skin with all sorts of items to show their devotion to the gods. It was rightfully demonetized. Also called Remember Me Soup or RM Soup it s the cut up manhood of a bull, sliced in a beautifully delicious broth. The Philippines is not short of strange but surprisingly delicious food. On an island in a small lake in Northen Bali, there is a strange cemetery, and an even more strange tradition around death. There is a tree on this small island that is suppose to be the only one in existence. This tree releases one of the most beautiful scents in the world. So much so, that it begun to cause a problem to the residents of the small town of Trunyan. Long story short, love makes people do crazy things. To win the heart of a woman, a man discovered that placing the deceased around this tree cancelled out the smell. Now for a thousand years later, there is a pile of skulls, and 11 bodies laying open face next to the tree. While travelling in Belize, a small fly landed on my skin and laid an egg. There really wasn’t anything I could do to stop this from happening. It’s just bad luck. Fast forward 5 weeks later and I’m on the other side of the world travelling with a friend, and discover that the strange pimple on my wrist has a dark secret… it’s the home of a skin parasite. A developing larva.
