SASA MASAMUNE BREWERY: Inago Tsukudani + Soybean Flour Mochi + Red Bean Paste Mochi + Natto + Mochi Soup 🇯🇵 INAGO TSUKUDANI (Condensed Stew Grasshoppers): Place bottle with Inago in a pot of boiling water, then wash and clean the grasshoppers. Remove the water and cook the inago for 3 mins. Place inago in a hot pan with cooking oil and stir fry in sugar, soy sauce and sake. When ready, plate the cooked grasshoppers and serve. 🇯🇵 MOCHI: Add 1.4kg of rice into 1L of water and let it sit overnight. Rub the rice a bit and separate it from the rice water. Pour the rice in a bag, tie it and steam the whole bag for 1 hour. After that, take the rice bag out and pour the rice in the mochi mortar. Pound the rice for 20 minutes, continuously apply water on the mochi dough after each hammer hit. Finally, take the dough out and make small mochi out of it. 🇯🇵 SOYBEAN FLOUR MOCHI: Soak mochi in soybean flour and put them on a plate. 🇯🇵 RED BEAN PASTE MOCHI: Put mochi on a plate and top it up with red bean paste. 🇯🇵 NATTO MOCHI (fermented soybean): Put natto on a plate, add mochi and mix them up. 🇯🇵 MOCHI SOUP: Put mochi in a bowl. AIZU RYOKAN HIGASHIYAMA ONSEN MUKAITAKI ADDRESS: 200 Higashiyamamachi Yumoto Kawamukai, Aizuwakamatsu 965-0814 Fukushima Prefecture 🐟 KOI FISH STEW: Clean and cut the Koi Fish into 3 parts. Place the fish meat in a hot pot. Add soy sauce, sugar and homemade sake. Stew the fish for 9 hours until it’s fully cooked.
