The Healthiest Food Challenge I ve Ever Done!!

A&Z #898 - Randy Santel "Atlas" vs the health food based "Powerhouse" Man vs Food Challenge at the Tuscaloosa, Alabama location of Frutta Bowls!! There are lots of Frutta Bowls locations all around the eastern United States. After attempting the Cheesy 2ft Long Italian Stromboli Challenge at The Italian Cafe in Childersburg, Alabama, I traveled over to Tuscaloosa, Alabama which is the home of The University of Alabama Crimson Tide. I helped my friends with the Tuscaloosa location of Frutta Bowls kick off their new Powerhouse Man vs Food Challenge which could be labeled as the healthiest food challenge I ve ever done!! There was a ~5lb acai berry and banana fruit bowl topped with fresh strawberries, pineapple, and kiwi, drizzled with lots of Nutella, peanut butter, and honey plus coconut sprinkles. It came with a savory piece of toast and a sweet one too, some of Frutta Bowls peanut butter protein bites, an iced coffee, and then 2 smoothies. One was their "Green Machine" veggie w/ pineapple juice, and the other was a dessert smoothie filled with almond milk, Nutella, peanut butter, and more. I had just 45 short minutes to finish everything, and I was trying to become the first person to win my $65 healthy meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on Frutta Bowls Tuscaloosa location s Wall of Fame. Frutta Bowls Health Food Based "Powerhouse" Challenge in Tuscaloosa, Alabama ($65): - There are many Frutta Bowls locations all around the eastern United States. - This "healthier" Powerhouse Man vs Food Challenge is only offered at the Tuscaloosa, AL location. - The main feature is a ~5lb acai berry and banana fruit bowl covered with lots of delicious granola. - That is topped with fresh strawberries, kiwi, and pineapple, plus a few different flavored sauces. - The healthy fruits are drizzled with peanut butter, Nutella, and honey, topped with coconut flakes. - There is one savory slice of toast with avocado, sun-dried tomato paste, & hardboiled egg slices. - Another piece of toast has Nutella, fresh healthy strawberries, and tasty dark chocolate crumbles. - There is a Green Machine veggie smoothie w/ pineapple, and a dessert smoothie along with it. - That is filled with Nutella, peanut butter, almond milk, chocolate, and more, for after a workout. - The challenge also comes with an iced coffee and Frutta Bowls peanut butter protein bites. - There is a 45 minute time limit. Winners earn the $65 healthy meal free and a sweet t-shirt. This Powerhouse Challenge could be considered the healthiest food challenge I ve ever done!!
