This is a practice usually completed lying down, with your without props for support and has immense benefits including stress and anxiety reduction, improved sleep, increased energy levels and general wellbeing to name just a few. The body scan and breath awareness encourages us to drop into the parasympathetic nervous system and go into rest & digest mode, allowing the body and mind to slow down and experience deep restoration.
