Jefe s Cheesy Steak and Chicken 5lb Mexican Burrito Challenge!!

A&Z #1011 - Randy Santel vs Jefe s Cheesy Steak and Chicken 5lb Mexican Burrito Challenge at Jefe s Mexican Cocina & Cantina in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. After canceling the rest of my planned Texas & Southwest USA Tour at the end of June 2021, I headed home and let my body rest and recover for about 1 month. Then I made the trip from Milwaukee, Wisconsin back to Springfield, Missouri so I could fully move the rest of my stuff out of my apartment I lived in while attending Missouri State University. I spent a week attempting 7 different food challenges within a reasonable driving distance from my apartment. For food challenge #2, I traveled down to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma which is just southeast of Tulsa, OK, so I could attempt Jefe s Cheesy Steak and Chicken 5lb Mexican Burrito Challenge at Jefe s Mexican Cocina & Cantina which was so delicious!! I had 20 short minutes to finish my entire 5lb platter of Mexican food deliciousness. There were 4 giant flour burrito tortillas stuffed with 1/2 juicy steak and 1/2 grilled chicken topped with refried beans, Mexican rice, avocado, cheeses, healthy vegetables, and more, all topped with a few ladles of Jefe s cheesy white queso sauce. The food challenge included 1/2lb of nacho chips topped with more cheese and pico de gallo. I was trying to win my $30 burrito meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and the 14th spot on the Wall of Fame. You have to swallow before time expires. - Winners receive the $30 burrito meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on Jefe s Wall of Fame!!
