Hi Guys! Today I m eating Homemade Bun Rieu. I ve been meaning to do a recipe video for you guys on this too. This is a Vietnamese Noodle dish that I grew up on and my Moms version is my fav!! The broth is tamarind tomato pork and usually crab base. In this video we used shrimp. I made meatballs out of pork and shrimp and added both fried tofu and firm tofu since I love both. My favorite things about eating these types of noodles is the greens. I love how fragrant the herbs make the soup.
