Massive Sushi Roll Challenge w/ Asian Gyoza Dumplings and Bao Buns!!

A&Z #1035 - professional eater Randy Santel versus the delicious "Oh No" Massive Sushi Roll Challenge w/ Asian Gyoza Dumplings and Bao Buns hosted by Ono Sushi Kenosha in Kenosha, Wisconsin!! Our friends with Ono Sushi Kenosha invited @KatinaEatsKilos and I down to help kick off and attempt their new "Oh No" Sushi Roll Challenge!! Ono is a Hawaiian word for delicious, which is exactly what all their food is, focusing on sushi and Asian Pacific Fare. I went first and had 1 hour to feast on their tasty "RK" Sushi Roll named after Katina and I, which they created for us during the week leading up to the event. Along with the giant 4+lb sushi roll, we got to enjoy lots of fried Yaki Gyoza w/ chicken, Ebi Shu Mai, and Vegetable Steamed Dumplings. There was also a plate of 3 different bao buns - Spicy Marinated Pork, Korean Style Bulgogi Beef, and Spicy Garlic Cod fish, plus 2 types of Asian fried chicken dishes - Karaage Chicken and Spicy Tatsutage Chicken. During the feast, I enjoyed their signature Mango Habanero Whiskey Cocktail which was spicy but delicious, and I was hoping to sample some flavored mochi ice creams for dessert. The mochi ice cream at the end was optional. - The Mango Habanero Whiskey Cocktail drank during the challenge was just optional as well. - Winners earn the delicious meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on the Ono Wall of Fame!!
