What is this SOUP? | Davao City Street Food Vlog | Becoming Filipino

In this Philippines travel vlog, I team up with Becoming Filipino to take on a strange Filipino street food in Bankerohan Public Market, Davao City, Mindanao. Being a foreigner in the Philippines, Bulcachong took me a bit by surprise. It s a specialty in Davao City, and you can definitely see why. It s a unique street food, and quite interesting to look at. Perfect for a travel vlogger who likes adventurous eating. Made from Water Buffalo or Beef, this soup is actually pretty tasty. The meat is boiled for 4 or 5 hours until (mostly) tender. However the meat wasn t exactly what I was used to. Even after 2 months of eating and making travel vlogs of street food in the Philippines I had not seen anything like it before. Even in my entire career as a travel YouTuber, I have not seen this part of the animal before. Some was identifiable, some wasn t, a few bits were tender, most was chewy, but either way... this soup was delicious. I still don t know what half of the animal parts were but it doesn t matter. I would 100% have it again! And I would 100% recommend Davao City travel as well.
