This one is called an ATHLETE workout, because it combines almost everything which in my opinion an athlete needs: 💥 conditioning / cardio, 💥 speed, 💥 mobility, 💥 balance, 💥 stability, 💥 coordination, 💥 strength, 💥 endurance, 💥 mental strength As you know every single workout is about having fun for sure.
