We will be working for 20 seconds and resting for 10 seconds and we will perform 3-4 rounds of each exercise. With only 20 seconds of work, keep the intensity up and crush this workout with me! I used my 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 pound dumbbells today so grab your weights and let s crush it! Exercises: 1. Right arm squat tap and curl 2. Left arm Squat tap and curl 3. squat slider circles 4.
