Frozen Pizzas Challenge Quad Cities-Style Pickle Pizza via GoldBelly!!

Dinner is served everybody, and this episode #9 features frozen pizzas from QC Pizza in Mahtomedi, Minnesota which has three different pizzas available nationwide via GoldBelly!! I attempted and completed their "Kinda Big Dill" Pizza Challenge back in December 2019, and the pizzas were amazing, so I wanted to enjoy some more pizza from the comfort of my own home, thanks to QC Pizza s partnership with GoldBelly. QC is short for Quad Cities and Dennis the owner and his team serves Quad Cities-Style pizzas, and they are most known for their "Kinda Big Dill" Pickle Pizza which went viral on Facebook thanks to a video published by FoodBeast. Yes, pickle pizza! Inspired by ‘Minnesota Sushi," a regional snack comprised of a pickle spear covered in cream cheese and wrapped in ham, this pizza is unlike anything you have ever tried before. First, the dough is covered in garlic dill sauce, then a layer of 48-hour smoked homemade Canadian bacon, and a layer of addictive fresh pickles. But, wait! They’re not done, next comes heaps of mozzarella cheese, another layer of pickles, and a dusting of dill. Is your mouth watering yet? Pro Tip: Dip your slice in yellow mustard – it’s just like a Cuban Sandwich… but a pizza." Jalapeño Popper Pizza - "QC style crust slathered with cream cheese sauce. We add a layer for fresh-cut jalapenos and a dusting of bacon. Then we top it with mozzarella and cheddar cheese, more jalapenos, and another dusting of crumbled bacon. The finishing touch an included packet of raspberry glaze topping that is drizzled over the pizza after cooking, before serving." Ezzo Cup Pepperoni Pizza - "Ezzo cup pepperoni, QC style crust, QC style red sauce loaded with mozzarella and cupped pepperoni.
