Andolini s Tulsa Pizza Challenge w/ TWO 20-inch Pizzas!!

A&Z #848 - Randy Santel "Atlas" vs Andolini s "Randy Santel" Tulsa-Style Pizza Challenge w/ TWO 20-inch pizzas from Andolini s Pizzeria in Tulsa, Oklahoma!! On Monday, August 3, 2020, I kicked off my 2020 Southeast USA Tour and started by doing 5 delicious newer food challenges in the state of Oklahoma, before heading southeast through Arkansas and onward. For challenge #2, I went to the Tulsa Cherry Street location of Andolini s Pizzeria to attempt and help kick off their new "Randy Santel" Tulsa-Style Pizza Challenge with 2 different 20-inch pizzas which were so delicious!! There are other locations in Jenks, Broken Arrow, and Owasso, Oklahoma, and they all now offer this delicious challenge. The owners Mike and Jim Bausch are known around the USA for their award-winning pizzas and Italian food items. I had 45 minutes to finish two different 20-inch diameter specialty pizzas. The first was their all-meat TENBYSIMMO Pizza and the 2nd was their DEMARCO OF BROOKLYN Pizza which was a Brooklyn-style Margherita Pizza. They were not required, but I also ordered 2 Roman-style beers produced by Marshall Brewing Company. I was trying to become the first winner to get my meal free, a sweet t-shirt, and a spot on Andolini s Wall of Fame!! This pizza, like Dom s, has the same DOP San Marzano tomatoes he uses with slices of our house made fresh mozzarella. Fresh picked basil, Pecorino Romano and first pressing extra virgin olive oil from the Puglia region of Italy. - Both pizzas combined weigh around 7 pounds (3.2kg) total, so win before you begin!! - I drank and ordered 2 Roman-style beers with my pizzas, but those weren t required. - Winners receive the meal free, a sweet t-shirt, and a spot on the location s Wall of Fame!!
