New high intensity cardio workout today for those of you who like going hard! Although it s just 19 minutes this workout is a real sweat fest! It`s a high intensity cardio workout that will get your heart rate up and make you sweat buckets! Perfect for days when you feel extra energetic or want to add a cardio blast workout to your routine. I`m using a 6 kg kettlebell for this workout, but you can also do it using a dumbbell!
