I have to admit this place is quite touristy now but it was SO MUCH FUN. I ve never had a street food market experience like this. It is a small alley market. Once you walk in you will notice a door opening to a Dosirak Cafe. That is where you can exchange cash for the coins to get street food. You then walk around and fill up your dosirak - Korean lunch box. It is such a fun thing to do in Seoul! I think it was less overwhelming than some of the bigger street food markets like Namdaemun Market. Highly recommend if you re in the area. I saw a lot of kids enjoying the lunchbox experience so if you re traveling with children this will be a good sight to visit on your Seoul trip! Tongin Market Address: 18 Jahamun-ro 15-gil, Tongin-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, South Korea Price: Each box is 5,000 won about $4.19 USD. I got two boxes, total was around $8!
