Continuing on with the Bushcraft for Beginners, making an improvised ladder pack frame out of natural materials. This video shows how to make the frame using interlocking square notches secured with the square lash. It also shows how to make your pack straps using a simple rope to secure it to the frame with either a larks head knot or a prusik knot. This can be tied around the waist with a square knot or a quick release system that I learned as an Army Ranger so that you can get your gear off quickly.
