Gel eyeliners (the waterproof ones) can last and last on - even on the waterline. Gel Eyeliners are amazing. They are so much easier to work with than liquid liners, which can be a nightmare. They are easier, they dry down quickly and some are waterproof and safe for use on the inner rim. Tight lining can make a massive difference - especially when you have hooded eyes.
