Basically what you want to do is hold your arm out in front of your body with a straight arm and then you move your fingers outward as fast as you can. Repeat this movement many times to strengthen the extensor muscles of your forearm. This exercise helped me get rid of my tennis elbow that I suffered from for 1.5 years.
