Tap in with us for a 20 Minute Slider HIIT Workout! Exercise sliders are great for advancing bodyweight exercises and isolating different muscle groups. This slider workout has mix of strength, stability, and endurance to the point where you will for sure work up a sweat! If you don t have sliders, you can use old towels or rags (on a smooth surface) and it is just as efficient. This is an advanced workout but we provide a few modifications for some of the more difficult exercises.
