Zack s Triple Bacon Cheeseburger Challenge in Only 15 Minutes??

A&Z #1012 - Randy Santel vs Zack s Triple Bacon Cheeseburger Challenge at Zack s Cafe in Miami, Oklahoma. After canceling the rest of my planned Texas & Southwest USA Tour at the end of June 2021, I headed home and let my body rest and recover for about 1 month. Then I made the trip from Milwaukee, Wisconsin back to Springfield, Missouri so I could fully move the rest of my stuff out of my apartment I lived in while attending Missouri State University. I spent a week attempting 7 different food challenges within a reasonable driving distance from my apartment. For food challenge #3, I traveled down to Miami, Oklahoma which is near Joplin, Missouri but on the Oklahoma side of the Missouri / Oklahoma border. There, I attempted Zack s Triple Bacon Cheeseburger Challenge at Zack s Cafe which was so delicious, but only had a short 15 minute time limit!! I had 15 short minutes to finish a triple bacon cheeseburger with three 1/3lb beef burger patties that included 3 different slices of cheese, 4 strips of bacon, 2 sets of buns, plenty of Zack s Sauce, and lots of healthy vegetables. The food challenge included a 1lb basket of Zack s Jo-Jo potato wedges that were deep fried and delicious, plus I also had to finish 2 large soft drink beverages. To save on calories, I enjoyed 2 Diet Pepsi sodas. I was trying to win my $20 triple bacon cheeseburger meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and the 4th spot on Zack s Wall of Fame. I not only tried to break the previous 10:32 time record, but I also wanted to finish a delicious slice of homemade Cookies and Cream pie made with real Oreo cookies, still within the 15 minute time limit.
