To mark this milestone, Chanel is releasing a celebratory campaign film, starring new face Marion Cotillard. The film, shot by renowned Swedish director Johan Renck, sees Cotillard dance through an otherworldly journey in a spun-gold dress – Virginie Viard s ode to one of Gabrielle s original gowns. The campaign truly spotlights Cotillard s multi-faceted talents: she sings the soundtrack, a cover of a Lorde s Team, herself. But it was the dancing that proved a true challenge.
