Massive Sicilian Parmesan Sandwich Challenge!!

A&Z #922 - Randy Santel "Atlas" and Jack Diamond each vs Amore Italian Market s "Tour of Sicily" Massive Sicilian Parmesan Sandwich Challenge w/ red penne pasta at Amore Italian Market and Bakery in Cape Coral, FL of Southwest Florida!! Katina and I decided to kick off our 2021 food challenge touring in Florida, and our February Florida Tour turned into a February & March Florida Tour!! I attempted lots of food challenges all over the state of Florida. For challenge #2, we went to Amore Italian Market and Bakery in Cape Coral, FL, which is in Southwest Florida. My friend Jack Diamond attempted the challenge with me, and we were the first 2 people to attempt and help kick off Amore s new Italian "Tour of Sicily" Massive Sicilian Parmesan Sandwich Challenge which came with 2 big Sicilian rice balls and almost 1lb of red penne pasta. On bottom there was a meatball parmesan sandwich that came with "Salsiccia" Italian sausage. The middle sandwich featured eggplant parmesan, and the top sandwich featured Amore s chicken parmesan served with homemade broccoli rabe. Jack and I each had a 45 minute time limit to finish everything. Thanks to the Amore Sisters plus their family and everyone with Amore Italian Market and Bakery for the delicious food, drinks, desserts, and hospitality!!
