We will perform our cardio exercises for four rounds of 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. I mentioned in the intro I was going to use my dumbbells for my planks and then I ended up just doing bodyweight (listening to my body today!) so you can grab some if you want but they are not mandatory! Plank Jacks 3. high Knees 4. squat hop up and back down mat 5. snowboard tap down and twist 6. inchworm burpees 7. standing mountain climbers 8. skater hop over and switch jump 9. Star jumps 10. High Plank heel tap 11. Side plank over and back toe tap left 12. Side plank over and back toe tap right 13. Low Plank hips wiper 14. Side plank forward and backward with hips left 15. Side plank forward and backward with hips right 16. Extended super man plank 17. Plank Call outs high 18. Plank call outs low 19.
