Wisconsin s Best Burger and Beignets Comfort Food Challenge!!

A&Z #1029 - professional eater Randy Santel versus Wisconsin s Best Burger and Beignets Comfort Food Challenge hosted by 11:11 Burgers & Beignets in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin!! @KatinaEatsKilos went home for a weekend back in early January, so I decided to attempt 2 local food challenges at restaurants that she had already been to. For food challenge #2, I traveled up to 11:11 Burgers & Beignets in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin where I took on their 11:11 Comfort Food Challenge!! I had 45 minutes to finish a 40oz quadruple cheeseburger served with a full basket of hand-cut fries, creamy and cheesy macaroni & cheese, 8 freshly baked beignets covered with cinnamon & sugar, and a deluxe strawberry milkshake. This is a pay-to-play food challenge, and you still have to pay $25 whether you win or lose. Thankfully, Katina let me use the $25 gift certificate that she won to pay for my meal. I was then hoping to win a $25 gift certificate to be used later, a sweet t-shirt for my collection, and a spot on the Wall of Fame, joining a few of my competitive eating friends. They ve also been rated as having Fond du Lac s Best Burger 5 years in a row!! - This 11:11 Comfort Food Challenge has been available for many years now and quite a few of my friends have completed the challenge - @MagicMitch, Ethan Teske, Molly Schuyler, and @KatinaEatsKilos. - The main entrée is a 40oz quadruple patty burger with four 10oz beef burger patties stacked and layered with cheese, healthy vegetables, and sauces on a tasty bun. You can add more toppings if feeling brave!! - There is a huge basket of fries, a bowl of creamy and cheesy macaroni & cheese, 8 freshly baked beignets, and for dessert, a deluxe flavored milkshake of your choosing. I ordered a strawberry milkshake!! - There is a 45 minute time limit to finish everything. The beers drank in this video were optional. - Winners still pay $25 for the meal (pay to play), but you get a $25 gift certificate to come back and use later along with a sweet t-shirt and spot up on the Wall of Fame hanging in the restaurant. - Please note that the challenge now costs $30 and you win a $30 gift certificate to be used later.
