30 Minute Standing Abs & Arms Workout | ACTIVATE - Day 20
Welcome to workout 20 of ACTIVATE! Don t forget to subscribe to the channel to crush this challenge with me! Today is an upper body and standing abs workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will work for two minutes at a time per exercise and we will only complete one round of each exercise. Bring your weights out to the front or side of your mat so we can switch quick and keep moving! I know you can crush this with me! The lightest weight I used was my five pound dumbbell and I used it for standing abs. The heaviest dumbbell I used was my 20 pound dumbbell for two minutes of overhead tricep extensions so grab weights that work for you! The exercises: 1. Left Arm Supinated Curl 2. Right Arm Supinated Curl 3. Left Arm Hammer Curl 4. Right Arm Hammer Curl 5. Straight Arm twist and knee drive 6. Left Arm Standing Knee Drive 7. Right Arm Standing Knee Drive 8. Straight Arm Push Back for Triceps 9. Tricep Overhead Extensions 10. Bench Bent Arm Pull Over 11. Dips 12. Left Leg to Right Elbow 13. Right Leg to left Elbow 14.
