And heat to lukewarm over medium heat. Then add chopped chocolate. Today I used Nestle chocolat noir. It’s over 52 percent cacao, cocoa. And granulated sugar, and heavy cream. And slowly whisk until chocolate is melt and milk is frothy. I love whipped cream, two spoons; chocolate shavings, and ground cinnamon on top. Serve immediately.
