With this Workout we are targeting lower Body: legs and especially our quads. Therefore it would be great if you also would use a weight plate / block or book or anything elevated which you can put underneath your heels for some exercises. Also recommended is a wall where you can do wallsits and a chair or bench or maybe your couch for doing bulgarian splitsquats. If you don t have any, you can do just split squats instead.
