Here s another intense full-body workout which requires dumbbells only! Consisting of a 5-minute activation warmup, followed by 30 minutes of intense work, then 5 minutes cool down. If you re focused on building strength and endurance at home, then this is a great one! Grab your mat, dumbbells and a drink and let s hit it!!
