I did this easy 10 MIN LEG WORKOUT / Home Workout / No Equipment I Standing Only workout in this 10 min LEG WORKOUT is No Equipment needed and you can do it standing Zumba and dance workouts are a very good cardio training and it makes lot of fun and with this additional training you will keep yourself even fitter Everyone starts somewhere So I really wanted to create an workout that was good for everybody - and still very effective. And listen ... it even has pauses! : D. (If you feel the breaks are too easy: just continue the last exercise during the break and jump into the new move as soon as I start.) INSTAGRAM: @zumba_sulu
