Filipino Restaurant Challenge w/ Lumpia, Pancit, and Chicken Adobo!!

A&Z #1033 - professional eater Randy Santel versus the giant "Sari Not Sorry" Filipino Food Restaurant Challenge w/ Lumpia, Pancit, and Chicken Adobo hosted by A Taste of Manila in Wausau, Wisconsin!! A Taste of Manila is owned by Ed and Marjorie Giallombardo, and they host "ghost kitchens" and pop-up restaurants at bars, distilleries, and vendors around the Wausau, Wisconsin area. They thankfully invited @KatinaEatsKilos and I up to help kick off their new restaurant challenge as part of an event held at Timekeeper Distillery owned by their friends Dan and Kim. For this "Sari Not Sorry" Filipino Restaurant Eating Challenge, I had 45 minutes to feast on 8 giant pork lumpia, 2 softball-sized mounds of garlic fried rice, a giant portion of Filipino pancit with rice noodles and healthy vegetables, and 3 pieces of Filipino chicken adobo served with enough potatoes to fill up the plate. I enjoyed some optional dipping sauces plus 2 of their Westside Tasty Treat ice cream options - Mango Float and Berry Float. Both were yummy!! Courtesy of Timekeeper Distillery, I enjoyed a canned coattail with gin plus an old-fashioned made with bourbon. I was trying to become the 2nd person to win my $45 Filipino meal free plus a spot on the Wall of Fame!!
