My video today is in support of Smart Works Greater Manchester, a charity that supports unemployed, disadvantaged women on their way to getting a job by providing them with a styling session, a fantastic interview outfit and a personalised coaching session - theirs to keep and all for free. Smart Works motto is "get the clothes, get the confidence, get the job" and last year, 85% of the 420 women they helped did just that, incredible.
