HOWEVER! What do we do about that excess oil? Cause adding powder on top of oil isn t a great thing. So, we need to absorb it :) Which is what this step is about. Once you ve done this you can then powder and i promise - you skin will look amazing, like nothing. It will leave behind the pigment of the foundation and take away the shine. No heavy powder look. Not cakey! AND - it will stop your foundation changing colour because we don t have all the excess oils from the foundation mixing with your own natural oils. For those with dry skin, you can skip powder all together and using a setting spray instead - that will work beautiful and hold your makeup in place.
