Massive Reuben Burger Challenge w/ Loaded Fries and Tater Tots!!

A&Z #840 - Atlas vs the "Dublin Dare 2.0" Massive Reuben Burger Challenge w/ loaded fries and tater tots at Dublin s Pass Irish Pub & Restaurant in Springfield, Missouri!! There are 2 Dublin s Pass locations in Springfield, MO, and I traveled to their downtown location which is very close to my apartment I ve been living in since 2016. This was challenge #1 of 2 that I attempted during the weekend before heading to Alaska for five food challenges. I had just 30 short minutes to finish a whole lot of food, and it s called the Dublin Dare 2.0 Challenge because it is an enhanced and much harder to finish version of their original Dublin Dare 1.0 that I beat a few years ago in 5:15. There were four 1/4 lb beef burger patties stacked and layered with cheese and bacon, served between 2 thick corned beef brisket Reuben sandwiches as buns. I also got to enjoy a Scottish Egg and one of their amazing "Reuben Rolls." The challenge included 1 lb of loaded fries and 1 lb of loaded tater tots, each covered with their signature Guinness cheese sauce. Speaking of Guinness, I also had to finish a quart of Guinness along with a celebratory Dublin Drop Shot. I was trying to get my $50 meal free and the 2nd spot on their new Wall of Fame plaque. BIG thanks to the Dublin s Pass management and staff for the delicious food, drinks, and hospitality. Thanks also to all the awesome people who came up to watch and meet me that July Saturday afternoon.
