What is a RAPS Static Line skydive course?

See more at: http://www.wingsuitfly.com/raps-static-line RAPS (Ram Air Progression System) is a progressive static line course which takes you through beginner stages to the point of experienced jumper . After a one-day course you are set for your first two solo jumps from 3,500ft - this is however parachuting and not skydiving. You will get to skydive for the first time on around the 10th jump of the RAPS system. If you decide to continue jumping, it takes around 18 jumps at a total cost of around £900 to qualify as an experienced jumper but it can be done in as few as 18 - many of which include time in freefall (REAL skydiving).
