The Earth s climate is in a constant state of change based on its position relative to the sun. This relationship means that as the planet s relationship to the sun changes, unexpected series of events can produce remarkably different landmarks. Such a thing happened not too long ago in Africa, where, for a brief time, the Sahara desert reverted back to a lush grassland.
