Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, almond paste, gira (cumin seed) paste, nutmeg, mace mixture, cinnamon, cardamom mixture, curry powder, bay leaves, onion, mustard oil, salt, soybean oil (which the onions were fried in), fried onion, green chili and water. Allow it to cook for 2 hours.
